Just wanted to update you on my ORGANIC journey!
I am still going strong, and while the weight loss stopped at around 15 pounds total, I still continue to eat as organic as possible, when I'm able. It has been more pricey, but I absolutely love Whole Foods, and I choose their 365 brand organic whenever possible, and that definitely helps.
I truly love my lifestyle and I feel better about how I treat my body now. My real problem is plain and simple: I just gotta get my butt outside and EXERCISE.
I don't know if you are anything like me, but I will come up with a billion excuses not to exercise.
- I'm tired.
- It's too cold outside.
- I don't have time.
- I have to take Aubree (my two year old).
- It's too early.
- It's too late.
- My shift at work went over (happens every shift)
- I have too much to do around the house (this is my favorite).
I could go on and on...
I would love to know...how do you guys put the excuses to rest and get out there? I need some motivation!
